Committee Meetings

The date of the next club meeting will be: 



 
HPLS hold the following meetings throughout the year;
Executive Committee Meetings - Attended by the Force Committee and representatives from sports and branch clubs.
These meetings makes decisions on funding and rules amongst other issues.
 
Sports Allocation Committee Meeting - Attended by members of the Force Committee to decide on the sports sections allocations.
 
Annual General Meeting - Attended by  the Executive Committee members and any club member that would like to atttend.
General club issues are discussed. Financial reports are made and the Chair is voted on the Committee for a further year.
 
Minutes of past meetings can be requested from hpls@live.co.uk  These will be sent after your membership is verified.
