A SECTION OF THE HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY SPORTS & SOCIAL CLUB - AFFILIATED TO THE AUTO CYCLE UNION (Southern Centre) - FEDERATION OF BRITISH POLICE MOTOR CLUBS & PETERSFIELD SPORTS COUNCIL
The motorcycle section is for anyone interested in motor bikes!! We are currently a small section, with riders who ride road bikes for pleasure, compete in Road Navigational events (national rallies) Trials, Motocross, Enduros and International rallies. We are affiliated to the Auto Cycle Union and in order to raise money for the section, we organise and run three Enduros every year. For 2011 the dates are 3rd April, 10th July and 23rd October.
Membership to the section is £15 per year. We currently support our members with entry fees to some events. We have meetings once every two months held on the second wednesday of the month.
The section also has some motorcycles for the use of the members. These are; a BMW K100, a Norton 750, a Honda XR250 Trail bike, a Honda CRM 250 Trail bike and a Yamaha ty250 Trial bike. To use the road bikes you need to have third party insurance cover. We also have two trailers, a three bike and a single bike one.
