| | The Hampshire Police Leisure and Sports Club was formed to provide members with subsidised leisure activities, support for playing sport and providing other member benefits. There are 8 branch clubs spread across the force area, each having its own committee of volunteers. Each member pays a small monthly subscription of £3 to the Central Club, which is then used to fund Branch Clubs, subsidised member benefits and Sports Sections. Branch Clubs offer a range of different social activities for members and guests to get involved with.
The Force Club oversees the 8 Branch Clubs Clubs and allocate funding to each Force Sport Section each year. These funds are used to contribute towards the cost of players representing the Force in regional and national events. The Force Club is also providing a number of events and arranging member benefits for all staff across Hampshire.
There are currently 28 sport sections offering a wide variety of activities. Each sport section has volunteer officials who organise fixtures, arranged teams and deal with financial support for players.
Current membership stands at around 2,500 and is now seeing an upward trend in numbers.
The Force Club also manage the Force Lottery which has been updated and is increasing in membership.
