Coach Trips
HPLS run a number of day coach trips for our members together with family or friends to enjoy. We hire executive standard coaches which depart from Netley and visit various locations. These are usually driver managed and members are free to do as they please when they arrive at the locations visited and some will have tickets included for events. Any such trip we have planned will be shown on this page together with the request form for places.

Itinerary
After the below pick-up points, you will make your way to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park with a comfort stop enroute.
Approximate arrival 12:00 to allow a little time before your 13:00 show of ABBA Voyage.
After the show rejoin the coach to return you to your chosen pick-up point.

* Please note specific seat numbers will not be allocated at the time of booking and single passengers will be required to share a double seat with other single passengers. If you have any seating requests, add these at the booking options stage and we will endeavour to meet your requirements where possible. Seat numbers will be confirmed with your final travel ticket.
Cost is £94pp for members, spouse, partners and member children (The member and / or spouse partner must be attending - Tickets cannot be purchased purely for third parties). £109pp for other non-member guests such as friends, adult siblings, parents etc attending with the member or spouse partner. This is subsidised at £15 per person by HPLS, except for non-member guests.
Non-member guests will pay the normal price of £109 (via the £15 supplement below) which is cost that HPLS pay for all places on this trip. Please select this option below when booking.
Please confirm your places by making payment and submitting the form.
Note the tickets for this event are seated in Block F & K, which is side view. The venue is designed to provide a good view wherever you are positioned however other seats may afford a better view. Please only book on that basis. These are not dance floor seats. Feedback indicates that most people seated will stand to dance even though they have bought a seated ticket, therefore you cannot be guaranteed a view when sat down by booking a seat for this show.

After the below pick-up points, you will travel straight to Ascot Racecourse.
Enjoy a full day at leisure to experience the excitement of Royal Ascot, watch the racing, explore the Windsor Enclosure and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere.
*Windsor Enclosure is the only enclosure you can bring your own picnic and bottle of sparkling wine/champagne (subject to picnic policy.)
The coach will depart Ascot at approximately 19:00 for the return journey.
